Immigration

Ireland has become a popular immigration destination in the last decade. There has never been a better time to apply for an Irish visa. This is due to Ireland’s relatively strong economy and an immigration system designed to make it easy for highly skilled immigrants to work in the country.
Ireland does not require visas for citizens of EU member states to enter the country. Immigrants from outside the European Economic Area, will need a visa to visit, work, or study in Ireland.
Ireland’s immigration system is not based on points. It will rather allow migrants with the skills and expertise to obtain a visa with ease.
The visa pages that follow go over the main Irish work permits, as well as the Dependent/Partner/Spouse family visa. If you are a student, business owner, or investor, please contact us for personalized advice on your specific needs.
Please see the visa sections below for more detailed information, advice, and guidance on your Irish visa requirements:
With some exceptions, the Irish General Employment Permit is a job-offer-based work permit that allows immigrants to work in Ireland in a role that pays at least €30,000 per year.
The Irish Critical Skills Employment Permit is a work permit based on a job offer that allows immigrants to work in Ireland in a role that pays at least €60,000 per year, or at least €30,000 per year. The last one applies if your job makes it on Ireland’s Highly Skilled Occupations List. You may obtain this visa from either the worker or the employer.
Visa for the Irish Start-up Entrepreneur Program. The Irish Start-up Entrepreneur Visa Program enables experienced businesspeople with an innovative business plan to gain long-term residency in Ireland. To participate in this program, you must intend to introduce a “new or innovative product or service” to international markets and have €75,000 in start-up capital.
