The problem it solves

International relocation is one of the most stressful experiences an employee can go through — even when it's a positive career move. Uncertainty about timelines, confusion about what's included in the package, difficulty reaching the right person for support — all of this affects performance and retention. Most of it is preventable when the assignee has a single place to see what's happening and who to ask.

How it works

Inside xpath.global, each assignee gets a dedicated portal, accessible on desktop and mobile browsers, connected directly to their assignment case. From there, they can view their assignment details, dependants, documents, tasks, benefits package, upcoming milestones, and the suppliers assigned to support them.

Assignees can communicate securely with HR, mobility teams, and suppliers through the case timeline, keeping all updates, requests, and decisions in one place. They also have access to Pathy, the xpath AI agent, who can help answer questions about the host country, explain applicable benefits, provide case updates, and guide them to the right information without waiting for manual follow-up.

This gives employees a clearer, more supported relocation experience while reducing repetitive questions and administrative pressure on mobility teams.
