Per-case cost projection scoped at assignment planning

Supplier order capture

quotes accepted, then invoiced against the case

Lump-sum tracking

disbursements recorded against the assignee

The problem it solves

Global mobility budgets are difficult to manage because costs are distributed across multiple suppliers, service categories and time periods, and they're often tracked in separate systems. When finance asks 'how much did that assignment cost?', the answer takes days to compile. Without case-level cost capture, there's no way to compare what was projected against what was actually spent.

How it works

Every case in xpath.global has a Cost Projection section where you scope the expected spend, and an Orders/Invoices area where supplier costs are captured as services are ordered, accepted and invoiced. Multi-currency is supported. Approved cost data can be exported for finance reconciliation, and reports aggregate spend across the portfolio by service, supplier, country or case manager.
