Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

xpath.global is committed to making its digital platform accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities, in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA and applicable local accessibility regulations.

2. Conformance status

The platform is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA (assessed at below 50%). A structured remediation plan is in progress with the objective of reaching the 60–79% conformance band within 6 months, validated by an external audit. Automated accessibility testing is applied on every code change, and manual and assistive-technology testing is being introduced.

3. Known limitations

We are aware of, and are actively remediating, limitations relating to: keyboard operability, visible focus indication, accessible names on interactive controls, text/background contrast, text resize and mobile zoom, and programmatic announcement of errors and status messages.
