Supplier Diversity Policy

1. Purpose and scope
This Policy sets out the commitment of xpath.global to promoting diversity within its supplier base and supply chain. It applies to the sourcing and management of the company's suppliers.
2. Our commitment and objectives
xpath.global has set objectives regarding the diversity of its suppliers, in line with its business strategy. We are committed to:
- Favouring, where possible and on equal terms, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), social entrepreneurs, and women-led or women-owned businesses;
- Considering diversity criteria within our supplier selection and review;
- Progressively broadening the scope of this approach across our supply chain.
3. Supplier diversity programme
A supplier-diversity programme has been defined to ensure these objectives are shared and achieved, including mapping of the supplier base, definition of targets, and periodic review of progress with our key suppliers.
4. Action plan and indicators
Progress is managed through the following action plan and indicators, reviewed on a regular basis:

Indicator methodology: SMEs identified per the EU definition (fewer than 250 employees and annual turnover ≤ €50m or balance sheet ≤ €43m), measured as a share of the total number of suppliers.
5. Governance, monitoring and review
A member of management is accountable for this Policy and its action plan. The Policy and its indicators are reviewed at least annually, and xpath.global is committed to continuously improving its supplier-diversity practices.
