How to attract talent in the aftermath of a pandemic

March 18, 2022 | xpath.global

While the pandemic is far from over, we are working our way back to normalcy in the UK, with all restrictions lifted and work-life returning to normalcy.

But the question is, what does a ‘normal’ workday look like these days?

Businesses, job roles, and careers have all had to adapt amid the pandemic. Recruiting talent from around the world must do the same.

We approach the end of nearly two years of working from home. In this respect, businesses must consider what employees will want in order to attract this skilled workforce.

Working from home is an important consideration. But how do you provide a work/life balance while integrating new employees into a team?

If working from home is now a more appealing option, those assisting employees in relocating should think about the properties they’re offering.

It is a well-known fact that the environment can have an impact on both mental health and productivity. It’s so important to have creations of well-established commercial properties built with good lighting, space, creative, communal, and social areas in mind. Many also provide healthy food options and exercise opportunities. All of them have the goal of keeping the team happy, creative, innovative, and productive.

As a result of the new working lifestyle, we need to consider how to translate those ideas of the working environment from working from home.
